The Rocket Base Samson is the fifth stage boss of Strikers 1945.
Appearance[]
In its initial form, Samson appears as a trio of round, 3-barreled cannons mounted onto a defense base, along with some other blue cannons. However, Samson's true form is that of a colossal, sand-coloured mobile robot. It has 2 halves. The upper half resembles an Arabian robot while the lower half resembles a car. The upper half has a large, square-shaped torso, a round robotic head shaped like a turban, and 4 cannons, 2 on each side of the torso. There is a small, backpack-like object on the back of the robot, and the robot possesses cylindral shoulders, and armoured hands with gun barrels for fingers. The car-like lower half has many mechanical details, and 4 "wheels", which are actually caterpillar tracks that are mounted on a rail system. There is also a large, gatling cannon on the front of the car half. The robot also has a visor with blue eyes visible in it.
Initially, after the first form is destroyed, Samson appears in a suit of blue, square-shaped armour with dark green highlights and 2 cannons inside of square-shaped craters in the armour. The armour also contains a large, rectangular blue box on top of the armour, and the gatling gun of the car half is sealed by a lock, giving the armour an appearance similar to a cargo elevator. There are also 2 smaller gatling guns next to the large seal. However, the armour is eventually destroyed, breaching out Samson's true form.
Battle[]
1st phase[]
This phase is relatively simple and easy. Samson first attacks with the 3 cannons mounted on the front of the defense base, and will occasionally attack with the backup cannons. The backup cannons do not need to be destroyed; the weak points are the main 3 cannons. Destroying the main cannons will instantly end this phase.
2nd phase[]
Once the defense base's cannons are destroyed, Samson's true form is revealed, encased in the heavy armour. In the first half of this phase, the armour must be destroyed in order to begin dealing actual damage to samson. Samson will attack with the cannons mounted all over the armour. Once the armour is destroyed, Samson will begin attacking with the true form underneath the armour. It fires bullets out of its machine gun arms, firing bullets from the cannons on its torso, and releasing large bullets from the gatling gun. The torso (much like all the other bosses) is the weak point, But unlike the first 4 bosses, Samson must be defeated within a certain limit of time. Failing to defeat Samson in the limit of time will result in the robot setting off a self-destruction system and destroying itself.
However, Please note that Samson does not need to be defeated in order to clear the stage. Defeating Samson will only award bonus points.

Trivia[]
- Samson is the only boss in Strikers 1945 that is completely fought on ground level. (Kii's first phase is on water, while Doramascher's first phase is also on ground level. However, Both bosses start flying when they change into their true forms.)
- Samson is unique, considering it is the only boss in Strikers 1945 with a different eye color for its true compared to the other bosses's true forms (The other bosses all have red eyes)
- Inside of Samson's stage and during the fight against Samson's true form, a large, bronze rocket can be seen inside. This is the same rocket that attacks the strikers in the majority of the next stage (The stage with Garam Masala as the boss).
